Our directors, Said Jamil Khan and Nisar Khan, are experienced immigration solicitors with a combined experience of more than two decades in UK immigration law and immigration advisory work. They are also registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA Reg No: F20170007) in connection with immigration advisory services provided through their separate practice, Khan Associates (Glasgow) LLP, trading as Khan Associates.
Khan Law Chambers primarily deals with complex immigration and human rights matters, including human rights applications, immigration appeals, judicial review and challenges to Home Office decisions. Khan Associates focuses mainly on straightforward and routine immigration applications where the issues are less complex and do not require litigation or specialist legal representation.
